Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, accessing, or playing FootballQuiz1V1 ("the App", Application ID: com.fbqm.footballquiz1v1). By installing, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create a registered account.
  • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Guest Accounts: Users may play in Guest Mode. Please note that guest accounts store credentials on your local device; clearing application storage or uninstalling the app may result in the loss of unlinked guest progress and coins.

2. Acceptable Conduct and Fair Play Policy

FootballQuiz1V1 thrives on friendly, competitive multiplayer entertainment. All players must respect their fellow competitors and adhere to the following community standards:

  • No Cheating or Exploits: Use of bots, automated answer scripts, unauthorized third-party mods, memory hacking, or exploiting server bugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful Usernames & Avatars: You may not select display names, handles (@username), or upload profile avatars containing hate speech, obscenity, defamation, harassment, or copyrighted material belonging to others.
  • Fair Matchmaking: Intentionally forfeiting matches, match-fixing, or artificially manipulating leaderboard trophies/rankings will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

3. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

The Application features virtual items, including in-game Coins, Experience Points (XP), League Trophies, and lifelines (50-50, Double Chance, +10s Time Extender, Super Streak).

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual items and coins are digital game elements intended solely for entertainment. They have no cash, monetary, or real-world value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency or real goods.
  • Earning Coins: Players can earn coins by winning matches, completing daily challenges, or voluntarily watching rewarded video advertisements provided via Google AdMob.
  • Non-Refundable: Virtual coins and items spent inside the game are final and non-refundable.

4. Advertisements and Rewarded Videos

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Certain in-game bonuses (such as earning +20 Coins in the Shop) are granted upon successfully completing rewarded video advertisements. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party advertisements, which depend on network availability and Google AdMob ad inventories in your region.

5. Intellectual Property and Trivia Content

  • Application Assets: The original software code, user interface designs, custom graphics, logos, sound effects, and animations of FootballQuiz1V1 are the intellectual property of the developers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Football Trivia Disclaimer: Football questions, player names, team references, tournament records, and statistics included in the quiz database are factual information concerning the sport of association football, utilized under principles of fair use for informational, educational, and trivia entertainment purposes. FootballQuiz1V1 is an independent trivia game and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, or any individual football club.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account with or without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, exploit bugs, or engage in abusive behavior towards other players.

You may also terminate your own account and erase your personal data at any time directly through the in-app Profile ➔ Delete Account option or by contacting our support team as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FootballQuiz1V1 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, virtual items, or service interruptions resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access the Application.
  • Network latency, dropped connections, or multiplayer disconnections during live 1v1 battles.
  • Any unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Application following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
